YAOPU ships from China. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country's customs authority are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. These vary significantly by country — we recommend checking your local import thresholds before ordering. We are required by law to declare packages at full value.

We are happy to exchange pieces for a different design or colourway, subject to availability. Given our limited editions, we cannot guarantee the availability of all exchange options. Please note your preferred exchange in your return email and we will confirm availability before processing the return.
If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours at hello@yaopu.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, with no requirement to return the affected piece.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds appear within 3–5 business days.
